Make honey-simple syrup by heating up a mixture of water and honey (2:1 honey:water) and then letting it cool to room temp.. To make the drink, combine 1.5 oz of Gin, .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, and .75 oz of the honey syrup in a mixing glass with ice; shake, fine strain into a coupe (pictured) or other glass sans ice. Garnish with a lemon. Enjoy!
