2 oz. Dripping Springs Gin
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Shake with Ice and Strain into Flute or tall glass

Top with ~2 oz. of your favorite dry Champagne

Garnish with Lemon Twist
